Federal State Unitary Enterprise Okhrana the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation is going to use the Management system for SETonline purchases

The SETONLAYN LLC company and Federal State Unitary Enterprise Okhrana of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation signed the agreement on holding trade procurement procedures using the Management system for SETonline purchases.

By Federal State Unitary Enterprise Okhrana of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation it is created within reforming of private security at law-enforcement bodies. The enterprise is a legal successor of these divisions regarding rendering services in the militarized and physical protection and also on installation and operation of technical means of protection. According to the Charter, the Enterprise is the commercial organization and conducts the activity on the basis of the agreements signed with physical persons and legal entities, private and government institutions.

Federal State Unitary Enterprise Okhrana of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation perform purchasing activity according to Federal law No. 223-FZ. Since November, 2013 during the planning and placement of purchases the enterprise will use the Management system for SETonline purchases. System implementation will give the chance of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Okhrana to control the purchasing budget, to create to place purchases on SETonline ETP, to keep account of agreements and also to create reports and to analyze purchasing activity.

According to plans of the management of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Okhrana, the organization of work of all staff of the enterprise participating in planning and placement of purchases including in branches, in the unified information system, will allow to reduce significantly terms of approval of purchases, to increase the responsibility of employees and also to provide control of observance of requirements of the legislation and internal regulations of the company.
