FC Koltso Urala entered the market, having relied on modern technologies of business. One of such technologies - electronic customer interaction: By FC Koltso Urala it was connected to the system of exchange of the electronic legally significant documents "Diadoc" of SKB Kontur operator.
"In our case it is very important to provide the high speed of work and providing financing — Yulia Ivashchenko, the head of department of operational logistics of FC Koltso Urala noted. - The matter is that for financing issue to a factor the documents confirming the delivery fact are required (execution of works or rendering services). Possibilities of operational delivery of such documents at our clients different. Depending on remoteness of the client it can take up to several days. However in the conditions of fierce competition and high-speed operational trends business often cannot wait even for couple of days. Exchange the scan copies of documents via e-mail does not solve this problem as they have no legal importance, and we should think also of own security".

Thanks to e-document flow, we considerably expanded geography of rendering services as we can work quickly now with clients far outside Sverdlovsk region".
