On November 25, 2013 the Famatec company announced delivery to Uraltransbank of the solution for rendering effective technical support to employees.
Project Tasks
The bank needed to provide effective technical support from head office for operational problem solving, like updating of virus bases, installation of programs or general maintenance of computers and servers. Current situation induced Uraltransbank to think of acquisition of the convenient software which would allow to solve technical issues using remote access.
Department of information security together with Management of information technologies of Uraltransbank made the decision for benefit of the program for remote access of Radmin.
Project Progress
"The solution Radmin was necessary for us for fall forward and quality of technical support of employees. Before Radmin implementation the speed and quality of rendering technical support were much lower, - Artur Novruzov, the head of department of information technologies of JSC Uraltransbank noted. - To Radmin we used also other solutions, in particular VNC, however the last loses to the first in a part of functionality".
Project Results
The solution is regularly used by about 1000 employees at more than 50 geographically distributed offices of the company. The support service of bank became more effective, more profitable from the economic point of view.
