In 2014 Rosseti are going to start the portal on work with clients via which the last will be able to submit electronic addresses and applications for technology accession to the electric networks and also to get information support.
As it appears from the project documentation published in November, 2013, the organizational scope of works includes executive office of the company and 15 of its subsidiaries for which the service of technology accession is for one of main provided to clients.
Using the website registration and preprocessing of requests for technology accession from clients from all subjects of Russia and also data collection and processing about parameters of the attached devices, places of their arrangement and points of accession to the electric network will be made.
Depending on type of the applicant (physical person or legal entity) and capacities of the attached energy-requiring installations on the portal will be provided the corresponding forms of requests to which it will be possible to attach different files, for example, the scan copy of necessary documents. The completed requests with the attached files will be readdressed on e-mail of one of the organizations of Rosseti.
In addition to submission of requests, among subsystems of the client portal of the company there will be also subsystems of the reference information on technology accession, submissions of addresses and data storage. Formation and database maintenance of the normative reference information on technology accession, requests and customer appeals on the matters, also the register of the most frequent questions of clients will become basic purpose of the last.
In the project documentation of Rosseti it is noted that main objectives of creation of the portal on work with clients put quality improvement of their service and also cost reduction at input, data processing, their check and elimination of errors to personnel of subsidiary companies.
Besides, in the company calculate that the portal will help to provide the maximum transparency and controllability with the contractor and external controlling organizations of processes of technology accession.
