"The Dedovichsky forest company" automates production management

On November 25, 2013 the Neosystems Northwest LTD company announced project completion of implementation in DLK LLC of the automated control system and accounting "to 1C: Timber mill 8".

Project Tasks

The priority of the investor of the project – to deliver operational accounting of logging activity of the enterprise with perspective of further automation of a full range of business processes.

Project Progress

The first stage of the project was express inspection of "the Dedovichsky forest company" during which preliminary collection of information about the enterprise for determination of the purposes and project tasks, features of future accounting system is executed, the strategy of creation of an automated system was created.

According to the results of express inspection of work in the project distributed on several queues.

In the first stage of the project of automation of DLK LLC started key business processes:

• Purchase management and warehouses of materials;
• Management of logging and accounting of direct costs on transport units;
• Sales management of round timber;
• Financial accounting (cash management, settlement);
• Preparation of the corporate reporting.

As a basis it is decided to select the modern ERP solution "1C: Timber mill 8" which covers all main guidance loops and accounting at the enterprises of timber processing complex, allowing users and company management to work in a common information space, to carry out monitoring and the analysis of different indicators of activity of the enterprise for effective management of all enterprise.

For November 25, 2013 the automated system is used in an operating mode.

Within the second queue, at the beginning of 2014, it is going to automate:

• Cost management;
• Monitoring of vehicles;
• Control of fuel consumption using the special sensors installed on cars.
