Other automated functions:
- The mechanism of accounting of the statuses of partners is created.
- The mechanism of accounting of rates of partners and also the mechanism of selection of partners with optimal rates is created.
- The mechanism of accounting of ratings of partners is created.
- The mechanism of calculation of number of partners and the number of documents of partners, by different data on partners is implemented.
- The mechanism of display of arrangement of partners on the map of the Russian Federation is implemented.
- The mechanism of automatic filling of documents and their mailing to partners is implemented.
Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution
- The structure of information storage about partners and contact persons of partners, according to the standards admitted to JSC ARIZhK is configured.
- The base of partners from the existing information systems is transferred to "1C: Enterprise 8.CRM KORP".
Maintenance:
- Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
- The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
- Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
- Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made
Description
For implementation by the Customer the Balans CB LLC company as the permanent partner was selected from questions of implementation and support of software of 1C Company. As a result of implementation the client received a uniform information field for conducting all contacts (ph. calls, mail, meetings) and document flow (agreements, additional agreements, powers of attorney, etc.) with the partners (earlier all data were entered by different departments in different files of Excel). Also the mechanism of selection of partners with the most advantageous offers in different regions was implemented. Group training of users was provided.

- Sale of the selected software products
- Delivery of software products in office of the customer
- Software installation on the customer's computers
- Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
- Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
- Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)
- Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
- Integration into third-party automation systems
- Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
- Data transfer from the previous automation systems
- Training in group at office of the customer
