In 2008 in the run-up to the 10-year anniversary of cooperation of L'etual and Electronic money for all shops of network the new service of uniform call center of Service Desk unique in own way was implemented. Now on all arising questions in information technology field shops address directly to uniform call center of the Company Electronic money.
This service:
- helps shops more simply and more effectively to resolve all issues of application of information technologies, practically without distracting from sales,
- unloads IT department of the central office of retail chain stores and at the same time allows the Customer to be sure that the issues which arose at shops will be resolved or directly in the Company Electronic money, or are readdressed in the service companies maintaining the corresponding IT technologies
- allows to optimize work of information technologies on analysis results of information collected and generalized in the Service Desk system.
- Each request of shop is registered in an information system, accomplishment of requests is controlled by specialists of Service Desk, the access to an informational portal allowing to analyze a current status and results of processing of requests is provided to the Customer.

"We long looked for the partner for transfer of function to him according to the complete solution of technical issues in shops (a lump. author: functions of uniform Service Desk). Several Companies were attracted. But among other Companies, Electronic money showed the greatest degree of readiness for the solution of this task. Moreover, within several months the pilot project was started, and in the test mode it was provided on a free basis. Of course, in this project is what to work on, but the Company Electronic money shows the good professional grade, great desire and readiness to solve these problems. Therefore implementation of this function we transferred the Company Electronic money. The project turned out rather successful, and further will only develop".
L'etual - the largest Russian retail network of perfumery and cosmetics, took Service Desk advantage of Electronic money in February, 2008.
As of April, 2013 796 shops of network of L'etual network across all Russia are connected to this to service, convenient and profitable to business. Service Desk services Electronic money are rendered daily from 7 to 23 o'clock Moscow time, at the same time all questions of operation of shops are supported.
