On November 25, 2013 Rostelecom announced the telecom operator signing of the contract on communication services provision from RPF worth 2.15 billion rubles.
Project Tasks
In the tender announced by RPF the Rostelecom company which offer on set of a number of characteristics exceeded proposals of competitors is recognized the winner.
The price proposal of the winner made 2.15 billion rubles against the initial cost of the government contract in 2.22 billion rubles. The second best offer - MegaFon which requested 2.22 billion rubles for execution of the government contract. The request "ER-Telecom of Holding" was rejected because of its mismatch to requirements of documentation.
According to the tender documentation, the Rostelecom company is obliged to deliver from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2015 to the customer communication services in structure:
- connection of objects of RPF to network of the operator;
- creation and ensuring functioning of trunk and regional KSPD on network of the operator;
- connection of the equipment located on objects of RPF to network of the operator;
- ensuring data transmission between objects of RPF;
- providing Internet access for central node of KSPD;
- ensuring technical support of representatives of RPF.
