The Following Functions Were Automated:

Maintenance:

  • Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
  • Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
  • Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made
  • Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed

Description

AKAM company based on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform was automation of configuration software "1C:Enterprise 8 of CRM PROF" together with "Company registration is made for 1C:CRM in Bazalt law company in 10 workplaces and also installation and setup of operation of the client-server. The effective objective to automate the main sections of work of employees was a customer. The done work allowed to bring process rendering services and customer relations to better level, to considerably reduce temporary labor costs of work of employees and also to manage business processes at all stages of customer interaction and in the organization. As a result when using "Company registration for "1C:CRM"" economy of working time of the account manager made more than 27% (in case of the repeated address of the client ~ 83%) that led to increase in profit of a campaign due to reduction of time expenditure and ensuring works monitoring at all stages of work. This solution maintains all advantages of a modern technology platform of 1C:Enterprise 8.
