The Following Functions Were Automated:

  • Customer relationship management (CRM)

Maintenance:

  • Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
  • Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed

Description

Software product "1C:Enterprise 8. CRM PROF" was purchased by Evrofuds Sankt-Peterburg LLC company for the purpose of process automation of customer relations, the organization of work of sales departments, marketing, service maintenance at all stages of customer interaction. At the enterprise the following main product capabilities are used:

  • Management of the customer base, detailed characteristic about each client and the contact person, dynamics of state change of customer relations, a possibility of quick entry and an information access about the client;
  • Contact management with clients, accounting of a contact history with clients, registration of a customer need, operational information transfer between departments, planning of contacts;
  • Planning and control of actions, coordination of work in time, the system of reminders and issue of tasks;
  • Management business by processes on work with clients, creation of regulations of work with clients and templates of standard actions, on sale, service maintenance to claims;
  • Sales management, creation of technology of sale of different groups of goods, management of stages and stages of sale, creation of standard templates of actions, mechanism of preparation of commercial offers;
  • Analysis of sales, analysis of a status of work with clients, results of activity of employees, analysis of the customer base;
  • Simplification of accomplishment of routine transactions, integration into e-mail, preparation of reports, assistant to input of new clients, search of doubles of clients, group processing of clients, filters;
  • The knowledge base on sales, goods, competitors, service, structuring information, keyword-based search, quick access to information.
