Kaurov Victor Romanovich is the head of administration of the city of Kovrov of the Vladimir region.

Biography

In 1989 Victor Kaurov graduated from the Achinsk military aviation college with the diploma with honors then it was directed to service in an aviation regiment to Belarus to the city of Babruysk.

In 1994 it is appointed the deputy military commissioner of the city of Murom. A military rank — the colonel.

Since 2000 - the military commissioner of the Gorokhovetsky area.

In 2002 it was elected the deputy of regional council of the Gorokhovetsky area and headed budget committee.

In 2003 it is appointed the military commissioner of the city of Kovrov.

In 2007 won elections in Kovrov and more than three years worked as the first deputy chairman of the Kovrov City Council, it is deactivated the Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation.

In 2009 it is elected the deputy of Legislative Assembly of the Vladimir region of the V convocation on single-candidate district No. 14.

On March 14, 2010 it is elected to a post of the head of city administration of Kovrov of the Vladimir region.

For November 28, 2013 Victor Romanovich Kaurov is the head of administration of the city of Kovrov, the mayor.
