The city administration of Kovrov implements EDMS

On November 28, 2013 the branch of the company "EOS Group Software" in the Vladimir region announced end of a pilot project of implementation electronic document management systems of century city administration of Kovrov. As the platform for project implementation it is selected ECM- a system eDocLib, developments EOS GROUP.

Project Tasks

The purposes designated by the customer as keyword parameters of success of the project:

• increase in performing discipline;
• reduction of completion dates of documents;
• economy of working time of employees;
• reduction of inefficient finance costs;
• improvement of image of municipality.

The administration purchased in total 200 user licenses on jobs of eDocLib, the option "Administrator", "Configurator", "Editor of Forms".

Project Progress

Specialists of remote division of EOS Group in Kovrov performed all complex of works on system implementation:

• made the eDocLib setup for an organization structure of administration,
• programmed the main document groups and document-oriented workflows,
• provided user training.

At a stage of trial operation users had an opportunity to get individual advice and answers to the questions arising in the course of mastering of functionality.

Project Results

Within the project tasks are solved:

• accounting of the entering, outgoing documents and citizens' appeals is adjusted;
• document storage in electronic form with access for the staff of administration to them is organized;
• control of execution of documents is automated;
• the convenient and transparent system of issue of instructions allowing to control the course of their execution at all stages is created;
• internal document flow in large divisions of administration is automated;
• the convenient mechanism of the organization of joint work with documents is implemented.
