As a system for control automation customer relations by the management of Gazpromneft Chelyabinsk LLC selected software "1C:Enterprise 8. CRM. PROF". The configuration is built in the standard configuration "Trade management" of a system of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8". Using the program effective work of managers of the company is organized.
