"Dances without borders" implement the automation equipment of payroll

On November 27, 2013 1C Company: Announced the first BIT project completion of process optimization of personnel records and payroll in the Omsk regional public organization "Dances without Borders".

Biography

Earlier accounting at the enterprise was conducted by means of spreadsheets and writing-book records. There were difficulties with collecting and consolidation of information, it was difficult to calculate salary to the employees.

For increase in efficiency of accounting activity and decrease in labor costs of personnel the management made the decision on implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program.

Project Progress

The project was implemented by specialists of 1C Company: The first BIT. They performed implementation, configured account policy of the organization, loaded the address qualifier, "Responsible persons of the organization" configured the register of data.

Project Results

Transactions are automated:

• input of documents on the actual development;
• formation of documents on salary payment,
• payments of sick leave notes, holidays, awards and other allowances;
• drawing up the regulated reporting;
• reflection of calculation results in costs of the enterprise.
