"The world of flowers" introduces access control at the enterprise and restrictions

On November 27, 2013 the BioLink Solutions company announced implementation at the supplier of flowers - Mir tsvetov LLC, a biometric system of accounting of working time and access control of BioTime.

Evgeny Biryukov, the CEO of World of Flowers company told:

• The World of Flowers company of already 13 years is engaged in flower business. We began with small department in grocery store on the outskirts of the city. Now the firm has the patented trade brand — FLORIZELLE which integrates in itself(himself) retail network, engaged in wholesale and retail. With development of our company, the number of employees increased, and respectively there was a question of a time recording. A certain convenient system which would correspond to the following criteria was necessary for its solution:

• first, an important point was function of access control to the premises;
• secondly, ease of use;
• thirdly, because of a large number of wholesale buyers and employees it was necessary to arrange hours of an input on a warehouse;
• fourthly, calculation of the earned payment had to go strictly on a worked time.

All necessary components for automation of a time recording are present at the biometric BioTime system therefore we decided to stop the choice on it. Thanks to implementation, permission to an input became possible strictly in time specified by a system and now constant control for those who are in the building is not required. Moreover, using BioTime we could differentiate access zones, and now have the right to pass in an internal zone (a toilet, shower, offices) only employees.
