ProLeiT brewmaxx

brewmaxx is a control system of production processes for the brewing industry. Belongs to the class of distributed control systems (DCS).

Description

By means of program components of the brewmaxx platform different technology processes and their stages within brewing production can be controlled and checked. Created on the basis of scalable program components, the brewmaxx system can be used, and at one workstation (single station), and in a multiserver system. brewmaxx can be an ispolzovatna on productions of any scales, since small breweries (up to 50 hl) and finishing big breweries (more than 1 million hl a year).

As of December 3, 2013 current version of the product ProLeiT brewmaxx v.8.

Sphere of use

The main scope of brewmaxx - automation of all stages of brewing production: from acceptance of raw materials before pouring of finished goods. Small management systems, the brewmaxx compact type, are available to different individual production zones, such as, for example, auxiliary production, water purification and production of a carbon dioxide gas both for small, and for average breweries from the middle of 2010. Main systems and the modules brewmaxx are used for automation of the new plants, and for migration of old projects on production sites.

Brewmaxx is used as the training technology control system in brewing production in TUM (Technical University Munich) and many projects of this university use brewmaxx as a control system of processes.
