Ochakovo is going to replace a production management system

On November 29, 2013 the PromSystem company announced end ^[1] to the project of carrying out migration of a management system with ProLeiT v.4 on ProLeiT brewmaxx v.8 in department of filtering of MPBK Ochakovo Ltd.

Project Progress

During the project the company contractor drew conclusions on a possibility of use together with ProLeiT brewmaxx the control SIEMENS devices SIMATIC S7-400 Rockwell Automation, VIPA and Mitsubishi Electric.

As a result, work on replacement of the hardware-software platform helped:

• Eliminate the existing defects of algorithms of interaction of the equipment of department of filtering, and as a result – to increase reliability of system operation.
• Expand possibilities of operation personnel on tracking of a system status and control of the equipment.
• To automatically create reports for work of the equipment and to archive all technology data.
• Simplify process of integration of new elements (equipment) into a system.
• Simplify the system of providing production reports.
• Simplify system maintenance of management.
• In the future to have an opportunity to make interface to MES- and ERP systems.

Migration from the ProLeiT v.4 system on the ProLeiT brewmaxx v.8 DCS system provides conditions for further integration into ^[2] of other technology sections of production at present working under control of a complex different SCADA systems with a possibility of their transfer to a single platform that as a result will increase efficiency and will have a positive impact at work of production processes.
