On December 3, 2013 it became known of purchase in October, 2013 by Finance department of the Bryansk region of licenses softwares "CASES" for the organization of 100 jobs in EDMS.
Project Tasks
"CASE" Finance department of the Bryansk region Began acquaintance to an electronic document management system with acquisition in 2012 of several jobs. It allowed to automate work of office. EDMS "CASE" Document registration became the first office work process implemented in. The contractor of the project and software provider select the company "Alta-SOFT".
For the full-fledged organization of control of execution of instructions and documents it was required to distribute the workflow system to other divisions. Acquisition of additional jobs for assistants to heads and the staff of administrative department became the next stage of development of EDMS. At the same time the office received the option "Scanning" that allowed to automate transfer process of documents in an electronic form.
In the Bryansk region since 2011 the long-term target program "Development of Information Society and Formation of the Electronic Government in the Bryansk Region" is implemented. One of target indicators of the program - 100% a scope of the executive authorities of the region performing exchange of electronic documents in a single system of electronic document management. According to the plan, this indicator should be reached by 2015.
Project Progress
At the beginning of 2013 Finance department for themselves and one more participating organization of interdepartmental electronic document management additional options to a software package are purchased "CASE": subsystem Process management and "Server of Electronic Interaction" (SEI). These options intended for the organization of exchange of electronic documents through EDMS "CASE". The staff of the company "Alta-SOFT" carried out works on implementation of the purchased options, necessary settings of a software package were made, interaction between two organizations – Finance department of the Bryansk region and Administration of the Governor and Government of the Bryansk region is tested.
The next step on the way to creation of full internal electronic document management - significant expansion of number of users of a system and providing conditions to go to legally significant document flow. About hundred user licenses EDMS "CASE", purchased in October, 2013. They were distributed between all divisions finance department. 6 licenses of the option "Legally Significant Document Flow" are purchased.
Project Results
As of December 2, 2013 specialists of Alta-SOFT company complete the works within the signed public contract. Into commercial operation a system is going to be brought by the end of 2013.
