On December 3, 2013 the JSC "Russian Helicopters" company and CORUS Consulting group announced the solution of a number of tasks in the field of development of normative and methodological base of a system of budget management of holding during 2012 and 2013.
Project Tasks
Development of a system of budget management of the enterprises of Helicopters of Russia holding is a part of accomplishment of the strategy of Helicopters of Russia directed including, on increase in operational efficiency of the enterprises and holding in general.
In 2011 JSC "Russian Helicopters" together with CORUS Consulting group systems laid the foundation: the methodology of preparation of budgets of the enterprises of holding, methodology of consolidation of budgets is improved, collecting and consolidation of budgets of Helicopters of Russia group on the basis of Oracle Hyperion Planning are automated.
The project was designed to solve the following problems:
- process optimization of collecting of budgets at the level of holding in general;
- process optimization of obtaining summary management reporting;
- automation of collecting and consolidation of budgets for group.
Within the project specialists of CORUS Consulting group improved methodology of collecting of budgets of the enterprises of holding, methodology of consolidation of budgets, collecting and consolidation of budgets of Helicopters of Russia group on the basis of Oracle Hyperion Planning are automated.
In 2012 and 2013, throughout the rate selected by holding, started development of a system of budget management in the directions:
- towards operational budgeting at the enterprises of holding;
- towards ensuring control of execution of the approved economical and financial performance.
Project Progress
The working group of specialists of JSC "Russian Helicopters" and consultants of CORUS Consulting Group finished normative and methodological base of a system: organizational documents, methodological documents, budget model, etc.
Project Results
The system of budget management implemented at 12 enterprises of holding (eight serial plants, two design offices, service and management company), sets a uniform order of formation, approval and approval of the budgets based on the approved investment and production programs and also a procedure of control of their execution, including provides effective use of financial resources of the enterprise.
