On December 3, 2013 it became known of the project of creation by the Perm branch of JSC "Rostelecom" of contact center in JSC PZSP.
Project Results
In a project deliverable of connection to modern digital telephony at the enterprise the possibility of installation of in addition new automatic telephone exchange of Avaya with a capacity of 70 phone numbers appeared. For functioning of IP phones the optical network which is carried out earlier by Rostelecom using Ethernet technology which successfully provides high-quality and quick access in the Internet was used.
The organization of call center - one of the used opportunities of the upgraded telecommunications of "PZSP". The IP telephony is a reality which helps to hold conference call or connects telephone communication construction objects for operating control.
As a result of upgrade about 50 people at the same time will be able to phone to one of the largest construction organizations of Perm Krai.
