On December 4, 2013 the DAMASCUS company announced start of a specialized management system for queue "DAMASCUS - MFC" in the Multifunction center of providing the public and municipal services of the city of Surgut.
Project Results
The office of the Center is equipped with the unrolled e-queue system "DAMASK — MFC".
- Statistical data and reports which we obtain when using a management system for queue DAMASCUS help to analyze competently the level of load of operators, quantity and the nature of citizens' appeals, - Sergey Goroshko, the chief engineer of the Multifunction center of Surgut noted. - And thanks to the module of record of negotiations we can estimate qualification and correctness of each of operators. Besides the system of voice record allows to solve with deep arguments disputable situations which are not excluded in interaction of staff of the Center with visitors.
Now clients of MFC do not crowd at windows of operators, finding out who behind whom stood, and quietly receive coupons in the SUO terminal then they without vanity expect the queue.
