Project Tasks
When choosing system provider of an electronic queue Berezovsky Centre's specialists were guided, first of all, by requirements of the Russian legislation which orders the SUO installation in similar organizations for high-quality service of the population. Besides, the software of an electronic queue had to solve such problems as control and management of a client flow, the regular reporting on quality and the number of the rendered services and also execution of all documentation on the client's request in "one window".
- We stopped the choice on a management system for queue "DAMASCUS - MFC" as it proved as an optimal solution for the multifunction centers. Many organizations which with success use this product are known, - Berezovsky Centre's chief Alexey Kanev noted. - Afterwards we were convinced that a system absolutely corresponds to the appointment. Thanks to an electronic queue "DAMASCUS - MFC" the periods of increase and recession of consumer activity in office of service became predictable. The designer of reports in composition daily provides us important statistical information. All this allows to distribute evenly loadings between eight operators, not to delay service and adequately to react for requests of consumers.
