RoboCV delivered the first batch of intelligent robots on the Russian plant Samsung

RoboCV announced in December, 2013 completion of works on robotization of 6 units of the warehouse electric equipment at the plant of Samsung (SERK) company in the Kaluga region. Robotization was carried out using the intelligent system of autopiloting X-MOTION developed by specialists of RoboCV. As a result at the end of October, 2013 6 units of the warehouse equipment had an opportunity to function and move on a warehouse and production is completely autonomous, without participation of the driver, and at the moment they fully participate in intra factory logistic process.

The project was implemented within the consecutive strategy of plant's management of Samsung on cost optimization on intra factory logistics and to work performance improvement. Results of functioning of a system of intellectual autopiloting of RoboCV X-MOTION satisfied the customer on all indicators. At present the large-scale project of automation of other park of the warehouse equipment which is used at the enterprise is studied.

X-MOTION - it is "artificial intelligence" for the warehouse equipment. It replaces with itself(himself) the driver of warehouse machines, and works by analogy with the person. Using sensors of technical sight a system "sees" the environment, recovers its mathematical model and on the basis of data retrieveds makes the decision on where it is necessary to go how to go round obstacles in the way. It X-MOTION is connected directly to controls of the warehouse machine (to a wheel, accelerator pedals and brakes) that allows the last to move completely independently on a warehouse.
