December, 2013 - goes installation of the first of six modular machine halls of the data processing center (DPC) of JSC VimpelCom, each of which represents the autonomous premises about 530 sq.m protected from the external environment by all critical parameters according to international standards. In addition to the place for installation of 240 IT racks, each module includes hostless systems of electrodistribution, conditioning and ventilation. The unique system of active ambient cooling Natural Free Cooling (NFC) from AST Modular company is applied to cooling of the IT equipment. This technology allows to lower considerably energy costs on creation of the required climatic mode in server premises of DPC.
