MFC of the Beloyarsk district implements technologies of management of a priority of clients

On December 4, 2013 the DAMASCUS company announced start of a specialized management system for queue "DAMASCUS - MFC" in the Multifunction center of providing the public and municipal services of the Beloyarsk district of Sverdlovsk region.
Project Results
The Beloyarsk MFC provides to citizens 82 types of service - a flow of visitors considerable. It is accurate to distribute it between eight operators, it is essentially important to reduce waiting time and to provide the procedure of service with method of "one window" for the municipal organization. These tasks by implementation in work of Centrakompleks of a specialized management system for queue "DAMASCUS - MFC" are solved.
- The electronic queue allowed us to automate and simplify as much as possible provision of services to the population, - Vitaly Redkin, the head of department of information resources and data protection of the Beloyarsk MFC noted. - Control and management of a client flow provided its uniform distribution between specialists of the Center. Their loading and time of communication with visitors became regulated. The quality and service rate are improved also because in a spirit of clients became much less the negative usual in queues. Indoors now the quiet, balanced emotional atmosphere in which, of course, it is easier and more pleasant to work prevails.
