On December 4, 2013 the DAMASCUS company announced commissioning of a specialized management system for queue "DAMASCUS - MFC" in the Nizhnevartovsk Multifunction center of providing the public and municipal services. Implementation was carried out by Ai Es Dzhi Ltd company.

Project Results

Residents of Nizhnevartovsk had an opportunity - to use the public and municipal services in the most comfortable conditions. Start of a specialized e-queue system DAMASCUS became a new stage of technology upgrade of local MFC. Positive changes in quality and service rate of clients did not keep themselves waiting long.

The functionality of SUO "DAMASCUS — MFC" is expected structures of the multifunction centers and a significant amount of services. System implementation in the Nizhnevartovsk MFC helped to automate the main stages of its work with clients.

She acts simply: the subscriber is notified on approach of queue by the Sms. So waiting for service it is even not obligatory for clients to be in MFC premises to do not miss the voice invitation to the operator or the relevant information on an electronic board - to be near the building enough.
