On December 4, 2013 the DAMASCUS company announced the beginning of operation of a management system for queue DAMASCUS-BANK at office of service of JSC Baykalbank. The service enterprise IP Mantatova took part in the project.

Project Progress

At queue management system implementation DAMASCUS-BANK the manufacturing company and her regional representative - the service enterprise YIP MANGTATUOWA adapted a product to specifics of office of the customer.

- Mainly, we needed to automate process of distribution of clients between employees of the bank and the system of service. After implementation of a specialized management system for queue DAMASCUS-BANK we achieved the necessary result, - Alexey Polyntsev, the specialist of OETSI and Open Source of JSC Baykalbank noted. - All complex of an electronic queue is useful to the organization of banking services. In particular, the module "designer of reports" provides the full analysis of operational work with clients and exact data on load of employees. The configurator of the graphical interface allows to configure lists of services, lists of operators, algorithms of automation of different transactions, structure of jobs, the nature of the displayed information and other parameters.

Implemented at office SUO "DAMASCUS-BANK" includes the module of quality evaluation of service thanks to which it became simpler to management of division of Baykalbank to control efficiency and accuracy of work of employees.
