Russky Standart Bank Ltd is dynamically developing independent financial institution of high degree of reliability. The bank implements credit programs for the population more than in hundred cities of the country.

In project tasks entered to automate collective planning of the budget of household expenses and control of payments within the budget, to transfer process of budget document flow (approval of planned requests, payments) to a system.

Solution

The solution for maintaining the overhead budget and the capital investments of Russky Standart Bank Ltd integrates Head office of bank, representation and a sales point of banking products more than in 100 cities of Russia.

For support to the technology of the centralized expense control accepted in bank the Circuit BPM system with the application for budgeting of household expenses and the module for workflow automation of accounts, requests and payments at accomplishment of economic transactions is implemented.

Results

In a project deliverable process of budget document flow is transferred to an automated system. Planning of the overhead budget and the capital investments is executed on the basis of requests of divisions. Information on the actual payments of requests comes to a system from the register of payments of the core banking system which is operated in "Bank Russian Standard". For release "plan fact" of performance reports of budgets, obtaining information on the registered and not registered payments in workplaces of employees of economic planning management of bank the ContourComponents OLAP system is set.
