Tatfondbank (Circuit)

The Intersoft Lab company and JSC Joint-stock Investment Commercial Bank Tatfondbank (Republic of Tatarstan) in 2004 signed the delivery agreement and implementation of the financial Data warehouse Circuit of Corporation and the Analytical Circuit platform.

Project objective is creation in bank of the centralized Data warehouse which will provide release of summary managerial reports for decision support. Primary accounting information (personal accounts, cards of clients, currencies and rates, payment documents) will be going to the uniform Data warehouse from the core banking system of Head office and the core banking system of all branches in the mode of daily loading. Use of software products of the Analytical Circuit platform will provide with managerial reports as the employees of Head office having direct access to the Data warehouse, and the staff of branches by means of distribution of mobile reports (microcubes). The OLAPBrowser Circuit software product installed in workplaces in branches will allow to get acquainted with the arriving information and to issue different reports for control and the analysis.

Under the terms of the agreement specialists of Intersoft Lab will perform tuning of structure of the Data warehouse for collecting and storage of accounting information. Integration into the core banking system of UBS (UniSab) will be executed by specialists of bank. For this Intersoft Lab will provide albums of XML-formats for collection of information in Storage. Receiving necessary consultations at the staff of supplier company and information exchange will be made by e-mail.

Planned dates of project implementation make 2.5 months. Expansion collected in the Information warehouse at the expense of data which will arrive from a software package for automation of retail services is in the long term planned. As a result of integration operational data acquisition about retail transactions of bank from specialized modules in Storage, their reconciliation and release of managerial reports will be adjusted.
