Transcapitalbank of joint stock bank (Intersoft: Budget of household expenses)

The BPM-application "The budget of household expenses" allowed bank to automate a full stroke of budgeting of administrative expenses:

• input in the system of cost plans of divisions by articles of administrative expenses;
• approval and payment of requests for payments;
• control and the analysis of budget implementation of bank using a reporting packet.

The project team executed implementation of a BPM-application, integrated it with the core banking system "New Athena" for data exchange about partners, the approved payments and payment, provided release of the analytical reporting under execution of budgets.

Using a new solution users initiators create requests for payments. Requests in electronic form will be approved by the employees responsible for cost management, they can be convinced available payment of the plan, check a remaining balance under the articles of administrative expenses, if necessary — to approve an expense from a reserve fund. After approval of the request are unloaded in the core banking system "New Athena" from where after making payment data on payment arrive. The management of bank receives the system plan fact form which includes the reporting and analytics under expenditure of means under divisions and the periods.

At the same time, as shows experience of use of the solution, the set-up time of the reporting under administrative and capital costs of bank is minimized. Time of approval of requests for payments is reduced because of what payments began to be made quicker actually. System use of electronic document management influenced cost reduction on paper, mail transfer of documents.
