"Volhynia Cement" automates work on registration of personnel

On December 7, 2013 the company Ink announced end of system implementation of personnel management the BOSS-personnel officer in PJSC Volyn-Tsement.

Project Tasks

Key premises to change of the automation system of registration of personnel and payroll from the customer - the note to the accounting system operating at the enterprise. Questions arose, both on functional filling of a system, and on compliance to promptly changing legislation of Ukraine.

When choosing a system the customer made a number of demands to its functionality:

• Integration of a new system from corporate ERP SAP: modules FI and CO;
• Formation of a reserve of holidays/awards (with a possibility of analytics);
• Possibility of maintaining several types of the experiences which are responsible for retirement on a preferential experience.

Consultants Ink studied requirements, specifics of work of manufacturing enterprise, and could propose the solution, needs for personnel management processes covering everything.

Project Progress

The project is implemented in 4.5 months that the company considers a good indicator in projects of complex implementation of automation systems of HR processes.

In course of execution of the project, within standard functionality of a system, implementation of regular and personnel and organic and salary circuits is performed.

Vitaly Pustovoyt, the head of department of implementation of personnel management systems of the company by Ink, noted: "From the very beginning of implementation it became clear that the customer did not make the wrong choice of a personnel management system: a basic set of functionality "BOSS-personnel officer" for 95% of covers of customer requirement. Those 5% which concerned specifics of the enterprise were approved and implemented during the project".
