Vilyak Oleg Ilyich is the chairman of the Fourth arbitration Court of Appeal

Biography

Was born in the village of Nizhneangarsk of the North Baikal district of the Republic of Buryatia.

In 1976 graduated from law department of the Irkutsk state university it A.A. Zhdanov.

Since 1978 worked as the judge, and from 1985 to 1990 - the chairman of October district national court of the city of Ulan-Ude.

From 1990 to 1996 - the vice-chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Buryatia.

From 1996 to December, 2005 worked as the chairman of Arbitration court of the Republic of Buryatia.

In November, 2005 it is appointed to the position of the chairman of the Fourth arbitration Court of Appeal by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 11/8/2005 No. 1278.

Has the first qualification class.

Has the state awards - an honorary title "The honored lawyer of the Russian Federation" (The decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 5/22/2000 No. 930), an order "For Merit to the Fatherland" 4th Class (the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 12/7/2008 No. 1738).

Departmental awards: degree medal "For Merits before the Judicial System of the Russian Federation" II, rank "Honorary Employee of the Judicial System", four Certificates of honor and Gratitude of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation, Certificate of honor of Judicial council of the Russian Federation.

"The honored lawyer of the Republic of Buryatia" has an honorary title, it is awarded with the prize sign of Judicial council of the Russian Federation "For service to justice", the medals "20 years to arbitration courts of the Russian Federation" and "20 years to Judicial council of the Russian Federation", the Certificate of honor of the Republic of Buryatia.
