Uniastrum Bank (Circuit)

In April, 2005 the Intersoft Lab company and UNIASTRUM BANK COMMERCIAL BANK signed the delivery agreement and implementation of the financial Data warehouse Circuit of Corporation and implementation on its basis of the system of preparation of the obligatory reporting under RPBU and the reporting under IFRS. The staff of the partner companies — Quadrium and Zirvan will take part in project implementation together with specialists of Intersoft Lab.

Project Objective

Project objective is creation in bank of the centralized Data warehouse for process automation of preparation of the obligatory reporting provided in the Bank of Russia, and reportings of IFRS.

Description

Distinctive feature of the project in UNIASTRUM BANK is the cast: together with specialists of Intersoft Lab the staff of the partner companies — Quadrium and Zirvan will take part in its implementation. Both partner companies have successful experience of implementation of software products of Intersoft Lab company and own applied developments on the Platform of Data warehouses Circuit. One of them — the system of preparation of the reporting under IFRS developed by Zirvan company on the basis of the Data warehouse Circuit of Corporation will be used in the solution for UNIASTRUM BANK.

Under the terms of the agreement the Intersoft Lab company will execute delivery of the software, its installation and setup of structure of the Data warehouse Circuit of Corporation for collecting and storage of accounting information on the basis of which the reporting will prepare. Primary data will come to a system in the mode of daily loading from the core banking system of Head office and the core banking system of all bank branches. Integration into the core banking system DiasoftBank WorkFlow on the basis of an album of XML-formats for collection of information in Storage is implemented by Quadrium company jointly with specialists of bank.

Besides, Quadrium will execute delivery and implementation of the drawing Application "Main Reporting under RPBU" of development of Intersoft Lab company. Specialists of the partner will configure report forms which are a part of the Application.

In parallel with these works specialists of Zirvan will perform delivery and implementation in bank of own solution for Circuit Corporation Storage — an automated system of preparation of the reporting under Mezhdunarodnym standartam. Bank will receive the instrument of automation of all stages of a fabrication cycle of preparation and release of reports on IFRS.

On implementation of all works on the agreement 3 months are allotted. After that it is supposed to expand applied functionality of Storage. In particular, the Quadrium company will increase number of the released obligatory report forms for the Bank of Russia. As for their data preparation of accounting it is not enough, it is going to expand structure of information coming to the Circuit Corporation system from automation systems of back offices. It is supposed also that the Zirvan company, thanks to building of the nomenclature of the data collected in Storage will provide transition to the maximum automation by preparation of the reporting under IFRS.

It is in the long term planned that on the basis of the Data warehouse Circuit of Corporation in bank the end-to-end system of financial management using the advanced techniques approved in large Russian and foreign banks will be constructed.
