BIN Insurance (before 1CK - the First insurance company)

For support of upcoming business and, first of all, the high level of customer service in the conditions of actively growing customer base and also for ensuring effective management of the company and "transparency" of its activity for investors, the management of the First insurance company made the decision on implementation of the integrated corporate information system.

The partner in creation of the integrated management system selected the TopS group having necessary experience of automation of insurance companies. Specialists of TopS BI and TFS proposed the approved complete solution including the following interconnected components:

• A financial system based on the products Financials of the Oracle E-Business Suite complex which will provide creation of accounting, tax accounting and accounting according to IFRS.
• The insurance UNICUS Standard Edition 2.0 system for support of processes of an insurance activity (sales of insurance products, processing of damages, reinsurance, etc.).
• An analytical system on the basis of Oracle Financial Services Applications.

A system is intended for the analysis of credentials in different cuts (on profitability of insurance products, categories of clients, the signed agreements, insurance premiums, losses, etc.). Implementation of the financial and integrated with it analytical system will be executed by specialists of TopS BI. Implementation of the insurance UNICUS system and its integration with systems at the Oracle platform will be performed by TFS company.

Project works began in February, 2006. Start of the integrated system in commercial operation is planned in December, 2006.
