Administration of the Governor of the Trans-Baikal Territory (Delo-Web)

On December 9, 2013, KS-Consulting announced: as part of the project, the customer acquired 300 licenses of the DELO-Web subsystem within the framework of the DELO electronic document management system in the executive authorities of the Trans-Baikal Territory.

Project progress

Since the beginning of 2013, the integration module of the DELO electronic document management system with the website of the President of Russia, developed by specialists of the KS-Consulting company, has been operating in the executive power system of the Trans-Baikal Territory.

The subsystem helps to post information on the progress of consideration of citizens' appeals received from the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation in the "Personal Accounts" of applicants. In early October 2013, more than 300 additional licenses for the DELO-Web subsystem and the DELO EDMS interface module with the interdepartmental electronic document management (EDM) system were purchased. The acquired jobs of DELO-Web were intended for settlement administrations for employees responsible for document management.
