The administration of the Smolensk region begins system implementation of monitoring of education

On December 6, 2013 the BARS GROUP company announced plans of administration of the Smolensk region to automate 211 school educational institutions, 47 organizations of secondary vocational education of the region and 28 governing bodies of education.

Project Tasks

In informatization of education of the Smolensk region it is necessary to use solutions "BARS.Obrazovaniye-Elektronnaya School", "BARS.Obrazovaniye-Elektronny College" and "BARS. Monitoring Education".

Joint implementation of this software, according to plans of partners, will provide complex approach to automation and will allow to increase further functionality.

"Implementation of such complete solution will allow to create the single database of pupils and teachers, their achievements, qualifications and qualities of knowledge and also to carry out analytical information processing, - Tatyana Scherbakova, the first deputy head of the department of the Smolensk region of information technologies noted. - Informatization of work of schools, organizations of secondary vocational education and regulatory authorities will help all participants of educational process to take active part in it, will provide more accurate and high-quality information exchange and will allow to increase quality of education not in words, and in practice".

Organizations of primary and secondary professional education will receive the common information space integrating pupils and teachers. Here possibilities of lesson planning are provided in the automatic mode and also maintaining electronic diaries and magazines. And information system "BARS. Monitoring Education" will provide efficiency of governing bodies of the educational sphere regarding collecting of indicators and monitoring of educational process.
