On December 10, 2013 it became known - JSC Permenergosbyt completed transition to electronic document management with partners. Works on transition to electronic legally significant document management (e-document flow) began summer of 2012, in October, 2013 system operation is transferred to an operating mode of operation.
Project Tasks
"The main problem of paper document flow which we wanted to solve is a reduction of delivery date of settlement documents to our clients as the existing legislative feature of calculation of price of electricity does not allow us to expose documents in 5-day time from the moment of shipment — Natalya Shemyakina, the chief accountant of JSC Permenergosbyt, the initiator of the project on transition to electronic document management noted. — We the kliyentoriyentirovanny company therefore to us it is important that our partners received the closing documents as soon as possible".
For providing freedom of choice to clients, the company began to cooperate with several operators of e-document flow at once. The choice of SKB Kontur was defined, in particular, by the fact that from 30 thousand partners of JSC Permenergosbyt more than a half use the system of delivery of the electronic reporting of Kontur-Extern and have access to the EDMS of Diadoc operator. By the beginning of implementation more than 3.5 thousand partners of JSC Permenergosbyt actively exchanged electronic documents through Diadoc.
Project Progress
For December 10, 2013 JSC Permenergosbyt finishes software products of accounting, document flow and billing systems worked continuous. Soon clients will be able to request at any time documents, at the same time the analytics, recalculation, formation of acts and invoices, signing and sending all documents directly is automatically carried out to a personal account on the website of JSC Permenergosbyt.
"We send via the EDMS of the invoice in the formalized type that gives to clients the chance of the automated input of documents in the accounting systems in day of calculation and exposure. Today we conduct development of unloading in the EDMS of the unified transfer document including both the delivery note, and the invoice in the formalized type", – Natalya Shemyakina explained.
"We work on several channels, – Svetlana Volkova, the sales manager of the Diadoc project of SKB Kontur noted, – we write letters, we do mailings, we ring round clients, we train them how to accept documents. Most of them perceive the appeared opportunity very positively especially as to begin to exchange electronic documents with JSC Permenergosbyt, it is enough to them to perform two simple operations: come into a personal account in the Diadoc and sign the invitation from the company. In plans for 2014 – to increase e-document flow base to 18,000 companies".
