On December 4, 2013 the Automation and Consulting company announced release of the new specialized FORECAST&SUPPLY software product.

Description

The specialized FORECAST&SUPPLY software product is ideal for process automation of demand forecasting, sales planning and formation of the supplier order in distribution companies.

Feature of this specialized product - it is implemented on the 1C Platform 8.2. It can be built in any configuration 1C without change of standard objects. Besides, FORECAST&SUPPLY can independently work as the separate module. In case of autonomous use of a product data are entered in a system by means of loading from Excel files. If data need to be obtained from a third-party system, then the module allows to configure direct requests to a third-party database. On leaving the system the supplier order which you can unload from this module is received.

Functionality

FORECAST&SUPPLY helps:

• Receive the sales forecast taking into account a trend and seasonality.
• Receive the sales forecast taking into account the recovered demand during the periods of deficit of goods and also taking into account cleaning of statistics of sales of accidental surges in sales, for example an action.
• Calculate the order taking into account the existing supplier orders, safety stocks, a delivery frequency, the current remaining balance and the need for goods.
• Calculate the order taking into account logistic and financial restrictions.
