Yuzhvodoprovod implements the automation equipment in accounting processes

On December 9, 2013 1C Company: Reported the first BIT - processes of management of vehicle fleet at the JSC PMK-4 Yuzhvodoprovod enterprise using specialized industry solution of "BITS.STROITELSTVO" are optimized.

Project Tasks

JSC PMK-4 Yuzhvodoprovod is engaged in production of earthwork and preparation of construction sections. For the purpose of improvement of quality of reporting documentation, decrease in labor costs and increase in accuracy of data analysis about financial and economic activity of firm, the management made the decision on automation with an industry bias.

Specialists "1C: The first BIT" implemented the software solution of own development - "BITS.STROITELSTVO" (modules "BIT. CONSTRUCTION. Contractor" and "BIT. CONSTRUCTION. Mechanization and motor transport"), configured data exchange between modules. All users underwent instructing.

Project Results

• A number of specific accounting transactions is automated: conducting item-by-item accounting, accounting of own and subcontract SMR, the cost accounting on stages of works, accounting according to PBU 2/2008, accounting of warranty and insurance deduction, accounting of services of the Customer and the General contractor, accounting of non-invoiced deliveries and so forth.
• Process of filling of reporting documents became simpler. The program contains a set of ready forms in the main directions (KS-2, KS-3, M-29 and so forth) that significantly saves temporary and labor costs.
• By means of the module "BIT .STRITELSTVO. Mechanization and avtotrasnport" fleet management mechanisms were corrected, the effective operation and management system of the equipment on construction objects is created. There was an opportunity to keep account of works of special equipment and motor transport. Requests for use of the equipment, preparation of waybills form in the automatic mode. It is possible to keep account of fuel and lubricants by any types of fuel and lubricants, to calculate a consumption of fuel and lubricants. Control of a run allows the management to estimate expediency of expenses and to reduce costs.

Using specialized industry solution of "BITS.STROITELSTVO" processes of management of vehicle fleet and special equipment, accounting are optimized.
