Vodokanal, Municipal Unitary Enterprise (Kazan)

The Vodokanal municipal unitary enterprise of the city of Kazan is created according to the Resolution of the head of administration of the city of Kazan No. 1366 of 12/30/1993.

History

It is reorganized in the form of accession of "Management on Operation of Hydraulic Engineering Constructions" Municipal unitary enterprise to it according to the resolution of the head of Executive committee of Kazan of 11/11/2009 No. 9619.

Core activities of the enterprise:

• Supply with drinking water of residents of Kazan, enterprises of budget and social spheres, and also enterprises different patterns of ownership
• Quality control of the drinking water pumped to consumers
• Cleaning and processing of drains
• Assignment waste to treatment facilities
• Quality control of the reset drain waters by the enterprises and the organizations of the city in the city water disposal system
• Operation of networks and constructions
• Capital repair
• Reconstruction and construction of engineering networks, constructions of water supply systems and water disposal
• Current maintenance of objects of hydraulic engineering constructions, holding antiflood actions, pumping of surface and drainage waters.
