Hepp Print

Company

On December 17 the staff of FCS with assistance of SOBR arrived to the territory of the Heppi Print organization and announced conducting unscheduled inspection, but here, unfortunately, the document confirming the right to carry out such inspection, with themselves did not take.

Fight of the large international companies against counterfeit products – a good cause. But some large producers use it for promotion of own unseemly interests, for example for punishment, with objectionable competitors.

[1]Article "Customs and Good" in the 49th number of "The Orenburg week" of December 4, 2013 narrates about one such case. In article it is told that on December 17, 2012 in office of Heppi Print company the staff of customs service accompanied by fighters of SOBR and representatives of the companies of Kseroks (CIS) LLC and "Hewlett Packard Development of the Company, L.P." appeared suddenly. The purpose of a visit seemed very plausible – exit unscheduled customs inspection for the purpose of identification of counterfeit goods. In practice everything was much more prosy.

Customs officers decided that representing the interests of eminent international monopolies, it is possible to forget about observance of own customs legislation for a while. First, they did not have a written permission for conducting exit unscheduled inspection. Such permission was signed in a day after its carrying out. Secondly, on lenses of the video cameras installed at office of the company (the only Dumb Witnesses of the excesses which followed further) rags were for some reason hastily outlined. Thirdly, from a warehouse of the company inventory items for the large amount were confiscated. Confiscation was carried out by unknown people who submerged goods in bulk in four lorries and exported them in the unknown direction. Fourthly, accompanying documents were processed in an inadequate way. Goods before loading were not recalculated, and surnames and positions of the persons making confiscation were not specified in one of the documents made by customs officers. At last, say that a part of seized goods mysteriously evaporated during transportation, without having reached customs warehouses.
