ROSBI (1C: Trade Management 8)

The next shop of Rosbi group for process automation of trade selected the 1C: Trade Management 8.0 system from Samara. In shop of building materials processes are automated, beginning from the choice of goods by the buyer, finishing with clarification of circumstances of shortage of goods in a warehouse. Besides, for the purpose of the automatic notification of managers about the forthcoming contacts, with a possibility of division of clients into different categories, based on the same platform the CRM block was implemented. As a result of system implementation in shop processes of search of issue documents and payment documents of buyers by assignment of a unique barcode to each document were optimized. Further the company implementer - "1C: Accounting and Trade" intends to accompany operation of the equipment and to perform support of the current configuration.

The range of activity of Rosbi group is quite wide – from production of bread before production of metal wares and a tree. As a part of firm 840 employees work.
