CIS completed an implementation project of the preconfigured ERP from SAP

On December 17, 2013 the SAP CIS company announced implementation by EPAM Systems company of the set-up solution EPAM RDS for budgeting in retail on the SAP BPC platform for the Belarusian distribution production company CIS Ltd.

For more detailed business planning, modeling of different scenarios of development of market situation and optimization of the reporting by company management of CIS Ltd the decision to implement the SAP product BPC is made.

Project Progress

The project is implemented by EPAM Systems company. In a basis implemented for CIS Ltd systems the set-up solution EPAM RDS of EPAM is necessary. Use of the set-up solution allowed to reduce an implementation time to 6 months and to considerably reduce project cost. As a result it was succeeded to implement the full-fledged system which is effectively solving all complex of problems of budget management in short terms.

Project Results

Alexander Korzhuyev, the director of the company of CIS Ltd, noted: As a result of implementation of a modern budgeting system based on the set-up solution EPAM RDS based on technology the SAP company was lifted to qualitatively higher level of controllability and transparency of business processes, the speed of response to changes of the market environment grew. At the same time, according to us, investments into the software of SAP paid off all for half a year".

With implementation of functionality of SAP BPC the transparency of a financial and commodity structure considerably increased. At the expense of operational the plan fact of the analysis time for decision making was significantly reduced that allows to react to changes of the market environment quicker than competitors. Optimization of work with suppliers and a possibility of the analysis of profitability of different commodity groups, as expected, will allow the company to increase profitability of sales by 5% and to accelerate equity turnover for 11%. In plans for development of the solution – implementation of the ERP system and the organization of volume planning for retail.
