Biography

Was born in 1971.

Graduated from the Tomsk highest military command college of communication and the Higher school of management of business of the Belarusian State Economic University.

Served in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Republic of Belarus at officers positions, last of which - the Chief of a fire rescue brigade (The chief of staff of civil defense and emergency) on protection of Lukomlsky state district power plant (to the largest in the CIS). Reserve officer.

After the termination of service in the Ministry of Emergency Situations RB worked in Management of operation of network (the economic block) of SOOO of Mobilnyetelesistema in the city of Minsk.

On December 19, 2013 the Group X-Com announced Sergey Izotov's appointment to a position of the Commercial director of office of Group X-Com ó St. Petersburg.
