"Verkh-Isetsky" replaced 1C with a cloud accounting system and calculations

On December 18, 2013 the Billing Online company announced project completion of implementation and start of the Billing Online system in Verkh-Isetskaya company.

Project Tasks

For the companies conducting service of housing facilities of large volume, a problem are data together of all information on a certain house as information on inhabitants and on legal entities (for example, to tenants) is processed by different departments of UK and, respectively, programs.

These are absolutely different accounting procedures on rates, a set and forms of payment documents, schemes of connection of metering devices that causes the necessity of data transmission between the different settlement systems, and it is labor-consuming and conducts to additional errors.

Project Progress

Within several months implementation and a running in of the Billing Online system in the largest management company of Yekaterinburg – UK "Verkh-Isetsky" continued. UK created own RTs where settlings with citizens from ERTs of Yekaterinburg are postponed, and for settlings with legal entities migration with 1C-housing and public utilities is carried out. In November, 2013 UK completely passed Online to Billing.

Project Results

Integration in one settlement and analytical system both legal, and individuals – owners and users of premises became big advantage. Now, thanking Billing Online, UK in a single system can process any exotic situation, whether it be the individual leasing the areas to the legal entity or the organization removing housing for the employees.

For legal persons, Billing Online exposes all types of accounts: for energy resources (the electric power, gas, also cold water supply, heating is hotter), and calculates on them the value of all-house needs; for all types of maintenance and repair of premises; for service of all-house property; for providing container platforms and their operation.

This break it is possible to call leaving of large management company - "Verkh-Isetsky" - from the ERTs traditional technology, in a cloud billing system of the high level, as well as migration with 1C programs, initially intended for accounting, but not for billing, and by force serving as a substitute.
