"The alcoholic Siberian Group" involved contractors to service of IT infrastructure

On December 19, 2013 the CTI company announced the beginning of the project of outsourcing for the benefit of Alcoholic Siberian Group company.

Project Tasks

In 2013 "the Alcoholic Siberian Group" made the decision - to attract to complex outsourcing of the IT infrastructure of the external supplier of services during the open competition, as the contractor, the CTI company is defined.

Set the tasks connected with comprehensive technical support of the equipment and the software of Alcoholic Siberian Group company for CTI.

Project Progress

During the project the CTI company performed service of all IT systems of customer company.

Project Results

Alcoholic Siberian Group company, as a result of project implementation:

• increased flexibility of IT services;
• reduced the total ownership cost (TSO) IT services;
• improved control and controllability of IT services;
• increased performance by means of decrease in time of idle times of IT infrastructure.

Level of information security of IT infrastructure is increased.
