Vikamed automates management of job order production

On December 19, 2013 the April Software company announced accounting system implementation "April Software: Job order production" in Vikamed LLC.

Project Tasks

Development of production and increase in a client flow promoted acceptance of company management of Vikamed LLC to address to the company "1C: April Software" for the help in the choice of a 1C system for automation of accounting of orders on production.

For automation of activity selected the software product "April Software: Job order production" which is addition to the standard configuration "1C: Integrated Automation 8".

Project Progress

After approval by the management of Vikamed LLC of a product of implementation, specialists "1C: April Software" carried out installation of configuration 1C in office of the customer, configured settings of account policy, provided initial user training to work with program 1C, helped to understand rules of order fulfillment and acquainted with an operating procedure in program 1C.

Project Results

Configuration "April Software: Job order production" allows to control quickly all tasks concerning process of order fulfillment on a disposable medical apparel today:

• Create and keep account of orders on production;
• Keep track of readiness of execution of orders;
• Perform communication of orders of buyers and orders for production;
• Reveal expired orders of buyers;
• Create a task for change;
• Trace what of orders need to be executed first of all;
• To quickly control raw materials supplied by the customer;
• Group a task for production of one view from different orders;
• Create the list of the materials necessary for accomplishment of the plan of change.
