Krost implements the automation equipment of design processes

On December 18, 2013 the Systems and Projects group announced end of the first stage of process automation of design for Krost concern using IRM TDRM technology.

Within the first stage specialists of the Systems and Projects group implemented in Krost concern automated information system of IRM TDRM for design management.

"The IRM TDRM system resolves issues of design management and formation of complete and guaranteed relevant library of documents, key for the customer — the project manager Dmitry Kochubey noted. — She turns on all set of the project documentation — from architectural concepts to work and executive documentation".

"One of the main trends is active implementation of information solutions. Within cooperation with the Systems and Projects group we are going to continue step-by-step automation which purpose is increase in efficiency of interaction of all structures and building sites of concern in Moscow and area" — Denis Kapralov, the deputy CEO of concern for capital construction emphasized.

As "Krost" does not work with third-party contractors, business processes are conducted in the company and the binding to production systems of concern has high value. During the project the binding to the system of management accounting on the 1C Platform is executed. Further "Systems and Projects" assume to implement seamless integration of IRM TDRM with managerial modules (the personnel, finance).

Within the second stage it is going to finish fully design process automation, including development, approval and elimination of notes, collecting of sets of drawings and documents. As expected, it will allow to adjust issue of drawings in production and to provide technical supervision directly on building sites of Krost.
