The Avers bank implements an EDMS implementation project

MT Group announced end of a large-scale implementation project of the DIRECTUM system in MKB Avers LLC.

Project Tasks

Realizing importance of implementation of advanced technologies, uses of modern means of processing and information transfer, the management of Avers bank made the decision on system implementation of electronic document management and interaction management of DIRECTUM.

Project Progress

Implementation EDMS DIRECTUM happened at a stage of rapid development of bank. MT Group Set the tasks for a project team of the company:

• regulate and standardize work with a big flow of the entering and outgoing correspondence;
• automate processes of giving, consolidation and the analysis of requests for BDDS;
• simplify and accelerate contract management processes and meetings.

The modules "Management of Electronic Documents", "Management of Business Processes", business solutions "Classical office-work", Contract management, "Management of meetings and meetings" and "Interaction management with clients" formed a basis for successful process automation.

"The notable effect was gained from automation of process of submission of requests for BDDS. The developed mechanism of formation of requests for BDDS allowed to automate completely process of submission of requests in the budget. Increase in safety of information storage, a possibility of collective work with data and significant reduction of time for their processing and formation of summary consolidated statement became result of it, - Vladimir Kapanov, the head of department of the analysis, planning and financial statements of MKB "Obverse" noted.

As of December, 2013 the number of users of DIRECTUM exceeded 350 employees, including additional offices in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny. Many of them noted such advantages of work in a system already now as transparency of processes, increase in confidentiality of documents and an exception of their losses. Further development of a system will be carried out by forces of highly skilled professionals of MKB "Obverse".
