Creation of the solution for management of the coalition loyalty program of alliance of Finservice bank and its strategic partners was a main objective of the project.
Functional diagram of the project: Accumulative rewards program of loyalty. The participant of the loyalty program receives the card in bank, its data get to a banking system. Then, whether the participant of the program uses the map in bank or at payment of goods/services at other partners of the loyalty program, data on its transactions are entered in the general information system. Using special solution components marketing specialists and administrators of the loyalty program receive reports which allow them to analyze consumer baskets by partners and different commodity offers, and thus, suggesting to manage demand within the loyalty program different encouragement for participants of the loyalty program.
Types of encouragement: CashBack. UPL gets bonus points for perfect purchases from the partner of the program as coefficient from the amount of the check or on more difficult formulas, for example, for several purchases of one product or for their certain quantity. The amount of the saved-up bonus points on the scheduled course is transfered in terms of money to the UPL cards. The amount of the cash returned to the client can be defined by means of calculations on the basis of the mechanism of the table of coefficients where to the amount of the saved-up points there corresponds the cash amount. The conversion factor of bonus points in money depends on the number of the added bonus points. Additional encouragement: gifts for participation in an action, an additional discount on the stock. Integration tasks: On the project integration with the following systems was performed:
- Banking system (core banking system)
- Personal account on the website
- Cash system: independent POS terminals
- SAP BO,
- Check storage based on SQL
For all integration tasks the integration bus on bazt was used by Microsoft BizTalk Server. Characteristics of the project:
- The concept of the Loyalty program is developed together with foreign consultants
- Quantity of goods items> 80,000
- Number of participants of the loyalty program of 400,000 participants
Some project deliverables: Co-brand bank "Finservice" and Seventh Continent network outstripped all others card the loyalty program. In total the bank at the end of year emitted 400 thousand cards, having shown fivefold growth. At the same time for the first time the joint program outstripped traditionally popular programs with airlines in retail. Market participants consider that success was provided not only competent marketing policy, but also universality of the card providing to clients traditional banking services. At the end of 2007 issue of co-branded cards of Finservice bank with Seventh Continent grocery chain made 400 thousand. In a year the bank could increase almost five times the number of the issued cards (from 83.3 thousand cards) and to gain the lead among all Russian co-brands.
